The Affinity at Coeur d' Alene
This new senior apartment community has just begun construction here in the last couple of weeks but has been in the works for sometime now (their was a funding tie-up earlyer in the year). The Affinity at Coeur d' Alene will be located off of Cedarblom St. and in between Black Sheep Sporting Goods and the Safeway off of Neider Ave. The affinity is part of the larger group, Affinity Living Communities which has already has a similar community in Walla Walla and many more under construction now thru-out the Northwest including 2 in Spokane(more on this later...) . Riverview Apartments at Mill River
These new apartments are currently under construction on Seltice Way directly across from the Mill River Development and only a couple of blocks north of the Spokane River which allows for the apartments to have a pleasant view of the River,Hence the name Riverview. The Riverview Apartments are a market rate apartment community with 120 rental units in several 4 story buildings,also on the site will be a clubhouse/ leasing office near the entry on the now under construction, Idlewild Loop .
