The well known coffee shop,City Perk which is located on the main floor of the STA Bus Plaza on Riverside in Downtown Spokane has closed.
However the City Perk Coffee Shop space is apparently not staying empty very long as a new Subway sandwich shop location will open in the same space at the STA Plaza soon.
Spa Zenaida is back open still at 23801 E. Appleway in Liberty Lake
Rejuvenate Rx has opened a new medical clinic in North Spokane.The new clinic is located at 10015 N Division St. The clinic will also offer some skin care services including Botox treatments

Sport SAQ which sells bags for sports including basketball,volleyball,etc.. is now open in Spokane Valley at 1511 N Mullan Rd
STCU (Spokane Teachers Credit Union) will open their newest branch on Spokane's South Hill later this year.The new branch will be located at 5711 S. Halle Rd.
Vendor Mall Peddicoat Junction and it's sister business Lollie Pop Thrift Shop have opened in the town of Newport,North of Spokane. The two businesses are both located at 201 N. Washington St. in Newport
Charm jewelry business Bcharmed-A Charmed Life by Vickie is now in business in Spokane Valley

Bellavita Adult Family Home has opened at 4407 S. Helena in Spokane
Green Gables Childrens Learning Center has opened a new child care center in North Spokane. The new location is at 415 E. Holland Rd.
New upscale property management firm Lease Source Property Management is now open in North Spokane.
Lean Manufacturing consulting firm Kaizan Assembly is planning to open a new regional office in Spokane but a location has not been chosen as of last check.
Family Medicine Liberty Lake and their sister business Healthy Living Liberty Lake have moved and are now at 2207 N Molter Suite 203A in Liberty Lake
The liquor store in Downtown Spokane at 1322 W. 3rd St is now back open as a private business.The store is now part of a chain called Good Spirits
In other Spokane Liquor Store news the Wandermere Liquor Store is closing.The store had been at 12408 N Division in North Spokane.
The popular Spokane restaurant Downriver Grill has been completely remodeled and now has a new fresher menu. The business is still at 3315 W. Northwest Blvd.
Spokane Valley's Buck's Pizza has a new owner and a new name.The Pizza business is now called Coach's Pizza and is still at 13221 E. 32nd Ave.
New mexican restuant Palenque Mexican Restaurant has opened in Cheney at 20 Simpson Pkwy. The restaurant will also open a bar area soon.
Deeply discount home repair supplies and latter's are the specialties of the new Discount City store in Spokane Valley. Discount City can be found at 13524 E. Sprague Ave.
In the Coeur d' Alene area...
Nail salon A1 Nails has moved to a new location,the salon is now located in with Salon 1034 at 1034 N 3rd in Midtown Coeur d' Alene
Eric Hedlund Design which is a Coeur d' Alene business that does design work for luxury homes and new restaurants will be moving into a new office in Midtown Coeur d' Alene.The business will be in the former American Legion in the 700 block of N 4th St across from Capone's Pub.
Capone's Pub and Grill will open a 3rd location later this year in Hayden.Capone's will open at the corner of N Government Way and Hayden Ave after remodeling the former furniture store building at that corner.
Athlete's Choice is now called The Choice for Active Footwear and is still in Sandpoint but now at 109 Cedar St in Downtown Sandpoint
A new flea market has begun it's operation, The White Pine Flea Market can be found every weekend at 30625 Hwy 95 in Athol,just a few miles north of the Silverwood Amusement Park.
New ATV Service business, The ATV Barn has opened in Hayden at 10762 N Government Way
Popular women's clothing store Vivo will open a new clearance store in the Sunset Shopping Center on E. Sunset across US 95 from the Fred Meyer in Coeur d' Alene.
New clinic Kootenai Hand and Reconstructive Surgery is now open at 2121 Ironwood Center Dr. in Coeur d' Alene. The clinic is affiliated with Kootenai Health.
Peck's Landscape and Farm Supply has moved to a new home with drive thru for feed,etc.. The business is now on the south side of the small Bonner County town of Sagle.
Idaho Trust Bank is moving into Downtown Coeur d' Alene and delisting their stock.The bank's new location will be at 622 E. Sherman Ave.
Fashion Jewelry business, Jewels is now open in Coeur d' Alene. Jewels has 2 locations,both new one is a kiosk near the center court of Coeur d' Alene Silver Lake Mall.The other location is in Midtown at 2022 N 4th St.
New full service salon Salon 1034 is now open in Midtown Coeur d' Alene at 1034 N 3rd St by Safeway.
The French and Asian Resturant Lemongrass on Lakeside Ave in Downtown Coeur d' Alene has closed.
