As the Spokane region's baby boomers become senior citizens the need for senior housing in the region increases. But luckily local companies like Rockwood Retirement Communities are one step ahead of the game and are to build a new retirement community at their already sizable South Hill campus.
The new community will be an Senior Apartment Tower to be called The Summit and be located on their campus on East 25th Ave nearby Southeast Blvd on the South Hill.
