New Subway now open in Downtown Coeur d' Alene.
Owner , Jerry Jensen , who owns the majority of the Subway franchised locations in Kootenai County has opened his newest location right in the heart of Downtown Coeur d' Alene. The Downtown Coeur d' Alene Subway is new but is a replacement for the Subway which had been open for some time on Northwest Blvd just north of the NW Blvd. / US 95 junction.
Not only is the Subway store new, the building itself is new. Subway is the first tenant for the Plaza on Sherman building at the corner of 7th St. and Sherman. ( A previous post on the Plaza on Sherman building can be found here- http://www.inlandnwbusiness.com/2012/09/another-big-change-for-downtown-coeur-d.html ) . Before Subway / Plaza on Sherman the site was a vacant lot.
The new Subway is in the 1,700 square foot corner unit of the building, parking is provided in the rear of the building as well as some on street parking nearby.
Jimmy John's opening in Liberty Lake
It's only been the last few years that the rapidly growing sub chain Jimmy John's has even been in the Spokane / Coeur d' Alene market and they're yet again opening a another new location, this time in Liberty Lake. This will be 9th location in the Spokane and Coeur d' Alene area.
The new Liberty Lake Jimmy John's is expected to open sometime in April in the same building as Wandermere Real Estate at 1429 N. Liberty Lake Rd. . The new Jimmy John's will employ 25-30 people.
San Fransisco Sourdough remodels and reopens in Liberty Lake.
The owners of the Rathdrum San Fransisco Sourdough franchise recently purchased the Liberty Lake location and have remodeled the entire interior of the restaurant, also the new owners have expanded the stores hours.
The Liberty Lake San Fransisco Sourdough is located in the Heartland Mall Shopping Center at 23801 E. Appleway.
