At this time, we don't know when the new business will open but it is expected to open to the public before fall. Hiring for the new store is already underway and table / chairs and equipment are being installed as we speak.

2 brick and mortar eateries hit the road with food trucks

Food trucks have been a hot topic in Spokane lately with the Spokane City Council working out new rules and regulations for this rapidly growing industry. But clearly the issues with the city aren't stopping some from opening up shop with new food trucks. In fact 2 of the newest in the Spokane and Coeur d' Alene area are new branches off of existing brick and mortar businesses.
