Spokane will soon get a big boost in office space with the planned major expansion work coming soon to the Iron Bridge Office Campus.
The Iron Bridge Office Campus is a large campus of existing office buildings sitting on a 21 acre site at 714 N. Iron Bridge Way , near Trent Ave. in East Spokane. Currently the campus is home to several large tenants and come this time next year the list will surly have grown with the addition of 2 new office building currently being planned for the site.
The Iron Bridge Office Campus is planned to begin construction before fall on the 2 new buildings which will be called Iron Bridge IV and Iron Bridge V . The new expansion will add approx. 179,000 square feet of new office space and each building will be 3 stories. The 2 new buildings will actually double the amount of office space currently at the site.
Negotiations are underway to secure tenants for the new space and the Office Campus is planning to lease the space to large tenants instead of the space being broken sub-divided into small suites. No mention of who these prospective tenants are however. Leasing for the site is done thru Spokane's Kiemle & Hagood .
Current tenants of the Iron Bridge Office Campus include- HDG Engenering ,INC. , Social Security Admisistration and State Farm Insurance's local operations center.
