Serving up raw juice smoothies from a vintage trailer playing reggae music. BEET It Up is a new food truck ( or juice truck... ) that opened recently at a barter fare and plans to have stops mostly in the Spokane and Downtown Spokane area .
BEET It Up Mobile Juice Bar has a limited menu of raw juices . The juices feature blends of both fruits and vegetables.

Bare Culture Kombucha opening in Midtown Coeur d' Alene
Bare Culture Kombucha is a very new business , in fact the shop probably won't open their doors for a little while yet . I know very little of this new business other then that they are coming.
Bare Culture will be the first Kombucha business in the area. Kombucha is an up and coming drink that is available in a number of flavors and is a version of tea with Oriental roots. In many parts of the country Kombucha is starting to catch on more and more.
Bare Culture Kombucha will be located in Midtown Coeur d' Alene directly in the business core on N. 4th St. Remodeling is being done now on the space which is located next to Bo Jack's bar and across the street from Fray .
I was tipped off to this new local shop opening by the Facebook page of Get Out North Idaho ( http://getoutnorthidaho.blogspot.com on Facebook- https://www.facebook.com/getoutnorthidaho ) .
Get Out North Idaho is a great site for finding local resturants,etc... I'm not affiliated but just wanted to recommend them.
