English Setter Brewing opens in Spokane Valley

Spokane Valley will be home to the Spokane area's newest brewery after the tomorrow's ( Feb. 1st ,2014 ) grand opening of English Setter Brewing. Technically English Setter isn't new, as the brewery has been brewing in a local garage, but the new location marks the business entry into the main local craft brewing scene.

English Setter Brewing, will have a tap room and even a restaurant in the space which can be found north of Spokane Valley Mall , nearby the Spokane Business & Industrial Park at 15310 E. Marietta Ave. Suite 4.

The new business will have a decent menu of "grease less" foods. For a prime example of what the menu consists of check out this recent posting on English Setter Brewing's Facebook page-

" If you get hungry this Saturday we have great "greaseless" food. Come down and try a Certified Black Angus Gorgonzola Burger, Alfredo Chicken Sandwich, Andouille Flatbread Pizza, Alfredo Chicken Pizza, Fries, Tots and much more! None of our food is cooked in oil. "

And, of course English Setter Brewing will have a good selection of locally produced beers. Growlers are available as are party pigs , 1/6 barrel kegs and 1/2 barrel kegs but beers can also be ordered by the glass. A listing of the beers made by English Setter is available on their web site.
