Seems to be a lot of local entrepreneurs that are taking there hand at opening new pizza restaurants in and around Spokane, Here are the one's we know of that are either now open or opening soon-
Station House Pizza
With a tentative opening date of May 15th ( per the business's Facebook page ) Station House Pizza will be the newest addition to the Hillyard neighborhood with the business being located at 3020 E. Queen Ave.
The Facebook page for Station House Pizza also describes the business has offering 20 different beers and a well as a menu of thin crust pizzas.

Choo Choo Pizza
You can't get too much more unique of restaurant then Choo Choo Pizza. That's because Choo Choo is located in an actual train. Choo Choo Pizza opened last fall in the landmark big orange train along Sprague Ave. in Spokane Valley.
The restaurant is geared towards kids but train / history buffs young and old will want to check this place out. Guests can also check out the front engine area and sit in the engineers seat overlooking Sprague Ave.
Choo Choo Pizza's actual address is 11027 E. Sprague Ave. , the menu is pretty standard with a selection speciality pizza's and a build your own pizza option. More menu choices including sandwiches ,etc... are also due to be added in the future.

The Pizza Truck
The Pizza Truck is a new member of Spokane's food truck scene. The truck has a few stops and is available for events and catering. The Pizza Truck was started in Dec. and the last known location of the truck was in Spokane Valley.

Noble Roman's
Noble Roman's Pizza is a chain pizza operation that opened their doors recently in North Spokane at 10220 N. Newport Hwy, out front of Safeway at Northpointe Plaza Shopping Center. Noble Roman's is a take n' bake style pizza business with a format of making the pizza's right in front of the customer, similar to the concept of Subway restaurants.
Noble Roman's menu includes a variety of pizza but with a few other items as well. For more information check-

We are also tracking progress at the Veraci Pizza planned to open later this year in Kendall Yards, and over in Coeur d' Alene where Northwest Pizza Company will open soon at a new, bigger location with dine in on Government Way in Hayden.
