One of the most highly anticipated new Spokane based microbreweries is finally opening up for business.
Perry Street Brewing Co. , will open their doors tomorrow, Thurs. March 13th . The brewery is located in an all new building located in the heart of the South Perry District. The address for their new location is 1025 S. Perry St #2 as the business shares the new building with Wollnick's General Store, a new retail store selling green and sustainable merchandise of many different kinds.
Perry Street Brewing Co. is locally owned and operated by Ben & Christy Lukes who recently relocated to Spokane from Missoula,Mt. In Montana Ben Lukes worked for the well known Big Sky Brewing Co. giving this businesses owners the experience needed to come to Spokane and open Perry Street Brewing.
Perry Street Brewing will have an on site beer brewing operation as well as a taproom. At opening the new brewery won't have a food menu, but they do hope to add at least some small plates in the future. But guests of the business won't have to go hungry as pizza's from the nearby South Perry Pizza can be delivered directly to your table and food trucks will also be parked outside of the brewery a few nights each week.
