While we wait on what retail shops may open soon in the newest mixed-use at Kendall Yards ( under construction now across from The Inlander's offices ). I figured I'd share another business that's also making the move soon into the up and coming Kendall Yards urban development just north of Downtown Spokane.
That business is a pretty well known player in the Spokane real estate, Windermere Real Estate City Group . Windermere will move their City Group offices in the coming months into new class A office space at a building on the south side of W. Summit Pkwy ( Kendall Yards' main arterial ). The new Windermere office will be about 5,300 square feet . And like many other spaces in the project, their offices will look out over the Spokane River and the Downtown skyline.
Windermere's new space will be in the same building as Spa Paradiso and will provide enough work space for about 40 Realtors. The move affects the local City Group brokerage only and the companies other regional brokerages are not moving / closing.
