A new sign went up this week in Post Falls announcing plans for a brand new, 3 story ( or what appears to be 3 stories ) professional office building.
The new office building is purposed to be built on vacant land at the intersection of Primrose Dr. and Central Ave. , next to Wendy's and STCU. The sign shows the building will be completed next year so right now we'd expect construction at the site to start later on this year, but no official word on that.
In fact, we know very little of the project, basically little more then what is on the sign seen above. Should the image fail to load. Here is the info on the new building-
