An Oregon based specialty beer store chain is officially planning a to open a location in Spokane. And, with little more then confirmation and a filed liquor license to go on we don't have all the details but should be opening soon in a North Spokane corridor that's already a beer lovers hub (as much as we have in Spokane ).
That chain is, The Growler Guys and is growing quickly around the Northwest and even already has a location in Richland,Wa. The Growler Guys is more or less exactly how the name sounds, a business that fills growlers of beer.
The chain's locations feature a large amount of beers on tap with a knowledgeable staff. There is no opening date for the Spokane location but our inquiry got this response on the planned location-
" We don't have an open date yet, but give us a few months and we can fill you up! "
The Growler Guys Spokane store will be in North Spokane nearby The Y. The store will be at 9329 N. Newport Hwy. in the Heritage Shopping Center. The location joins a couple of other related businesses in the neighborhood with Total Wine & More and Pints Alehouse all under a mile north of this site on Newport Hwy.
