CoreMark planning expansion at The Park.
Core-Mark International, Inc. has signed into a new 15 year lease with Crown West Realty, for 50,000 square foot expansion to their current distribution center also located there.
Vandervert Construction will be the contractor for the expansion which is expected to be completed late this year and be a multi-million dollar project. Once complete the distribution center will total 150,000 square feet.
Core-Mark is a distributor of foods, beverages , general merchandise and sundries to grocery and convenience stores.
Discount City,Inc. becomes new tenant of The Park.
Located in Building 2 of the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, Discount City,Inc. will lease about 4,500 square feet of space. The businesses space will be primarily used for used appliance repair and warehousing.
