Two more redevelopment projects coming to Downtown Spokane

In recent months Downtown Spokane has been hit with several renovation projects, most notably the Bennett Block building and the former Huppin's / Dutch's store spaces right across the street. But as SDS Realty,Inc. recently unveiled on their Facebook page, two more big projects are coming and one even involves a local landmark...

319 S. Cedar St ( the Benewah Creamery " Milk Bottle " and adjoining storefront ) .

Currently it looks like no new businesses are actually planned here as of yet. But, I can't help but dream what could fill such a cool historic building ( with some visibility from I-90 ). We will keep an eye out...

315 & 319 W. Sprague Ave.

This is the former Big City Saloon / Trick Shot Dixie's bar building, that's looked a little sad with boards covering it's front in recent weeks. But, it looks like there is hope for the site, although there is not a new business set to open here just yet. However, it is a great old building with a lot of possibilities and space.

For more information about opening a business in one of these great old Downtown buildings, please contact SDS Realty at the numbers in the ad's above. Or, visit their website at-
