Local developer Lanze Douglass is purposing constructing a new RV park along Appleway in Liberty Lake. Douglass is also the developer behind North Spokane RV Campground that opened last year on Newport Hwy.
The new RV Park will be built at 22751 E. Appleway in-between the Altek manufacturing facility and the Liberty Lake Business Park building. The park as purposed will feature-
- 120 RV camp sites, with both pull through and back in parking spots.
- Clubhouse will offices and recreational amenities .
- Dump station
- Pools
- Playground
- Dog park
- Sports area
The new RV Park is still in the development phase with no physical construction happening as of today. Because of this there is also no opening date for the park just yet. This is just one of many local projects we're currently watching so stay tuned.
