Crews are hard at work up on the 3rd floor of the Saranac Building at 25 W. Main, Downtown. This is because that space is transitioning into an exciting new Co-working space called NICHE.
The new co-working center will be available for tenants very soon. It will boast 21 separate and unique offices spaces including furnished spaces, lockable offices and simple nooks. All this while having Downtown Spokane right outside your front door.
The community as a whole can even take advantage of a full kitchen, fresh local coffee, shower, conference rooms, wifi and more. Offices at NICHE will be available for rent by either the day, week or by the month.
