More co-working space is on it's way to the Lilac City. The latest is a new locally owned and operated venture which will be called Praxis Coworking.
Praxis Coworking is under construction now with an opening date set for Jan. 3rd, 2018 . The new facility will occupy a 3500 square foot space on the fourth floor of the Holley Mason Building. And, if the adage location, location, location is true Praxis will be success as it'll be just a short walk from all of Downtown Spokane and easy public transit access. Parking ( albeit paid parking, it is Downtown after all ) is on site and the Rocket Bakery has a location on the ground floor of the building for a espresso, pastry or a sandwich any time of day.
Like most coworking businesses people will buy into memberships at Praxis. A month to month option will run $275 a month and there will be discounted rental rates for longer term commitments. Coworking is way cheaper then renting a full office, more professional then working from home and can be beneficial to work alongside others for collaborations, mentoring, etc...
