4 Seasons Coffee Company moving larger facility in Spokane Valley
Founded in 1976, 4 Seasons Coffee Company was Spokane's first coffee roasting business. But, while many other coffee company's have came and went locally 4 Seasons is not only still in business but they are actually moving to a new larger facility.
Work has started to re-locate 4 Seasons from 10 S. Grant to 12410 E. Indiana in Spokane Valley. There they will share the building with Sounds on Wheels and should have the move complete by the end of the year. The new location is a 9000 square foot space which will enable 4 Seasons to nearly double their roasting capacity with a new, larger roaster. The location will also offer space for espresso training and tasting.
Today, Four Seasons Coffee Company is one of the leading coffee brands in Spokane selling their coffee at dozens of locations around the Inland Northwest. During their 40 years in business has been committed to an artisan coffee roasting process using only high quality Arabica beans from small, independent growers in more than 14 countries.
Four Seasons Coffee Company says they aren't stopping with this new roasting facility. Eventually they hope to open a coffee shop somewhere around Downtown Spokane or the University District.

Not just Amazon coming to the Geiger Blvd corridor
Creating over 2000 jobs in a massive new warehouse, Spokane’s planned Amazon fulfillment center is the biggest project going up on the West Plains. But, it’s far from the only thing coming to that area.
Spokane County is applying for a grant to upgrade Geiger Blvd. and a couple other roadways in the area. The news about that grant can be found at http://www.khq.com/story/39252075/16-million-grant-requested-for-geiger-blvd-infrastructure-improvements
But, what’s news for this site is the sneak peek at other projects via a map included in the grant documents. I’ll include it below, but it shows Kenworth is planning a facility to employ 150, Shredfast also has a building in the works. And, many new homes and apartments are also in the works.
This won’t all happen overnight, and I know the LaQuinta Inn project has been in the works for approximately two years now so it’s impossible to predict any of these projects but it’s safe to say the West Plains is growing!

Three Ninjas to open brick & mortar restaurant in Kendall Yards
Three Ninjas Mobile Food has been a staple of local food truck events since their founding in 2014. And, now they're taking the next step into owning and operating an actual full time brick and mortar spot. Albeit a small spot...
Three Ninjas plans on opening soon at 1198 W. Summit Pkwy in the heart of Kendall Yards, this is the former Solace Mead and Cider storefront. While Kendall Yards is known for being home to several of Spokane's best restaurants, this will basically be the first quick service / take away dining option in the neighborhood.
Their space will be a little over 300 square feet with a very small dining area and the ability to pick up orders to go. If all goes as planned the new restaurant will open around Nov 1st and will serve a small menu that's similar to their current food truck menu of fusion tacos, wraps and more. They plan to continue the food truck side of the business as well.
For more information on Three Ninjas, find them on Facebook at-
