Building permits we're recently filed to construct a new building for The Habit Burger Grill at 6710 N. Division. This is the vacant lot at Division & Lyons where a Popeye's Chicken had been planned to be built. Little is known as of my writing this about the planned new Spokane location but this is a building permit and not just a "pre-development meeting" with a set expiration date of late May 2019. Given this we'll likely see them opening sometime around the Spring of 2019.
The Habit Burger Grill is an Irvine,Ca based chain with about 250 locations in 10 US States and a couple of overseas locations in China and the UAE.
