Betty Jean's BBQ planning a new restaurant in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood

 Many foodies in the Inland Northwest go about their day, not knowing there is a small but mighty Authentic Carolina BBQ restaurant going strong on the West Plains. The reason being that restaurant, Betty Jean's BBQ, has been serving from a small food court type space in the Main Exchange at Fairchild AFB. Meaning you would need access to the Base to try Betty Jean's menu.

But that's about to change as Betty Jean's is making plans to come into Spokane, with a new restaurant coming soon to the South Hill's Lincoln Heights neighborhood. Betty Jean's BBQ is planning to open in the building at 2926 E. 29th, and they hope to open sometime before Spring with the owners working diligently to see the new location come to fruition.

The new South Hill Betty Jean's BBQ will more of a sit-down style establishment in a building that was last used as Thai Bamboo restaurant. Plans call for an expanded menu, online ordering, alcohol and even expanded hours.
