The site has now been cleared and blocked off; and we're told actual construction will start by the end of the Summer. They plan for construction to take about two years, meaning the Thomas George should open in 2024. Garco Construction will be the general contractor and Miller Stauffer Architects did the architectural designs for the owner Front Row Properties.
The Thomas George will offer 60 condominium units with indoor/outdoor heated pool, golf simulator, 24 hour fitness center, balconies and garage space underground.
