New PODS warehouse taking shape in Spokane Valley, space still available.

 Clearwater,FL based portable storage provider PODS is no stranger to the moving industry. But soon instead of helping others make big moves, they'll be making a move of their own in Spokane Valley. PODS, which stands for Portable On Demand Storage, currently operates their Spokane area branch out of space at the Spokane Business & Industrial Park and will soon be the lead tenant on a new warehouse, currently under construction at 4414 N. Barker Rd.

The new facility is just one of many new warehouses within a short radius of the site, including a new Amazon fulfillment center that is now open about a mile +/- west of the site. This new warehouse offers 140,000 SF of total space with PODS planning on taking a little over 70,000 SF.

The remaining space will be available for lease, with brokerage NAI Black marketing the space. The building features 40' clear height at the eaves, ESFR fire protection, drive in loading docks and a prime location.
