Detroit style pizza is coming to Spokane Valley, by means of a new local business. The new place will be called Sauced! and will open soon within the kitchen at Yaya Brewing Company at 11712 E. Montgomery Dr Suite F1. Sauced comes from the same people as Heritage Bar & Kitchen in Downtown Spokane.
Sauced will offer pizza, wings, appetizers, salads and more with the option to dine inside the brewery or take orders to go. Pizzas at Sauced will be done in the Detroit style which is a slightly thicker crust then average, and the cheese and toppings go all the way to edge of the pizza.
