International Workspace Group continues expansion across Washington with new centers, one planned in Spokane Valley

As the adaption of hybrid working continues to accelerate across the US, International Workspace Group is bringing high-quality office spaces to more urban areas and suburbs of Washington. International Workspace Group's latest locations in the Evergreen State come on the heels of the business posting its highest-ever revenue, cash flow and earnings growth in its history and achieving rapid network growth, signing 465 global new locations, including adding 200 centers to its US network, in the first half of 2024 alone.

All five new centers coming soon to Washington will include facilities including private offices, meeting rooms, co-working and creative spaces. One such locations is planned locally at 12709 E. Mirabeau Pkwy in Spokane Valley, it will be branded under the Regus branding and is set to open sometime in the second quarter of 2025. Other new locations in Washington will also be opening in Bremerton, Burien, Bainbridge Island and Issaquah.
