Locally owned and operated, Uncle Rusty's Diner is moving from their current location on the western edge of Downtown Spokane to a new place in North Spokane. And, with the move they plan to expand the menu to include to dinner as well their current breakfast and lunch items. Exact menu details are still being worked out, however.
The new Uncle Rusty's Diner will be located within the former home of Spikes at 718 E. Francis Ave. . As of now there isn't a set opening date as they will need to do some work to prepare for the new restaurant.
