Project name- Symons Block
Location- Howard St., between Sprague and 1st in Downtown Spokane
Status- Under Construction
Description- After renovating the bottom two floors for new commercial uses, plans now call for the third and fourth floors to also be re-done. 12-15 newly created apartments will be joined by a hip micro-hotel concept in the space.
Project name- 220 N. Howard apartment conversion

Description- Renovation of the upper floors of the building at 220 N. Howard into 8 apartments from presently vacant space.
Project name- Former Luigi's / 245 W. Main
Location- 245 W. Main in Downtown Spokane
Status- Under construction
Description- The upper floors of the building are planned to become 12 newly created apartments. The space was formerly used as office space, the ground floor will remain commercial and recently became a Original Pancake House restaurant.
Project name- Koz on 4th
Location- 307 W. 4th, Lower South Hill

Description- A new construction mid-rise building that would run the length of the block and offer 259 apartments.

Description- Plans call for the conversion of the former QualMed medical office building into a mixed-use tower. The ground floor will remain commercial, while the upper floors are actively being converted into apartments. 117 new apartments will be created along with a cool rooftop deck space.
Project name- McKinley School
Location- 120 N. Magnolia, East Central
Status- Planned, SEPA
Description- As of the most recently updated public records the historic school building will be converted from its abandoned state to 29 apartments and ground floor commercial. Developer Interurban Development also plans future phases of new construction mixed use buildings on the remainder of the property.

Status- Under construction
Description- New construction mixed use building with renovations of a nearby building. 75 +/- apartments would be included and 30,000 SF of total commercial space once the development is complete.
Project name- Millennium North Hill
Location- Wall & Garland, Garland District
Status- Planned
Description- A new construction building to be added behind the North Hill restaurant building. Homes will be removed for the development which will add 50 +/- apartments and some new commercial space on the ground floor.
Project name- Papillion
Location- 900 N. Howard, North Bank
Status- Under construction
Description- Plans call for the eventual addition of 2 new towers. Current construction is to turn the existing building into 3 new restaurants, Outsider, Loren and Kasa Taphouse.
Project name- Chancery Building re-development
Location- 1023 W. Riverside, Downtown Spokane

Description- Developers plan to remove the currently abandoned Chancery Building with a new multi-level apartment building with 39 newly created apartments.

Description- A new 21-unit apartment building to be built in the alleyway in-between Monroe and Lincoln.

Description- Plans call for converting a historic office building into 96 apartments on all upper floors, with commercial storefronts remaining on the ground floor.

Description- A new 4 story building offering 160 new class-A apartments near the University District. Name likely will not be Iron Bridge Residences despite that name being on the public records for the development.

Description- New owners are planning to convert the former North Pointe Shopko store into 3-4 new stores. Exterior and interior work will be done, Home Goods and Ross are among the new planned tenants.
Project name- North 40 Outfitters anchored shopping center

Description- North 40 Outfitters will move and build a new store at the site in 2024. Additionally, 20,000 SF of retail space is planned as are pad spaces for resturants, banks and similar tenants

Description- Planned new fitness facility of the Muv Fitness chain in a closed former Albertsons grocery store.
Project- Gem at Midway / Village at Midway

Description- First phase will consist of a new 176 unit apartment complex called The Gem at Midway. Future plans call for a grocery store anchored shopping center towards the front of the parcel.

Description- Two story building with 4800 SF of office space on the ground floor for Avalon 24 Real Estate. The second floor will be occupied by six new apartments.

Location- Thomas Mallen Rd. & Electric Ave, West Plains

Description- Being built in phases, the development is a 127-acre industrial and warehousing park with over 1.5 million SF of space once the project is fully built out.

Description- New addition to the Spokane Tribe Casino adding a event center, food court and new hotel.

Description- Planned on the north side of US 2 on land owned by the Kalispel Tribe. A new 70,000 SF hardware store Builders Supply & Home Center is under construction and a new Yoke's Grocery Store is also planned. More will likely follow.

Location- McFarlane Rd, west of Hayford in Airway Heights.

Description- A second building is under construction at the McFarlane Industrial Park site. This building will be 218,400 SF, OneCall and ReCommerce are the current tenants and a third building is already in the pipeline.
Project name- Westbow Industrial Flex
Location- 8579 W. Westbow Rd.

Description- New 43,200 SF warehouse for Action Materials and at least one other industrial tenant.
Project name- Airfield Apartments
Location- 10th Ave, just east of Garfield in Airway Heights

Description- 4 new buildings with 92 apartment units and 15,000 SF of total commercial space on the ground floor of 2 of the buildings.
